How to Register
To register for the general conference, begin by downloading the appropriate conference registration form. Mail the completed form, along with a check or money order for the required amount, to the address listed on the form. You'll receive emailed confirmation once your completed registration form and payment are received.

General Conference Fees
General conference registration includes authorization to attend general conference classes and other conference activities, entry in the SAR equipment raffle, and on-site parking. If meals are included in your chosen package, dinner Friday, May 19th, breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday, May 20th, and breakfast Sunday, May 21st, will also be provided.
Please note: Meals cannot be provided for registrations received after April 30th, 2006. This is because, to provide the best service, the caterer needs a complete count of all requested meals by that date. There is a 50% refund offered for written cancellations on or before April 30th, 2006; after April 30th, or in the event you unexpectedly do not attend, there will be no refunds.

Conference T-shirt

General Conference vs. Pre-Conference Registrations
Pre-conference courses run at various times between Monday, May 15th and Friday, May 19th, before the general conference begins. These courses generally offer a certification and can require an additional fee. Each pre-conference course is registered individually with that course's instructor, and is separate from the general conference registration. Pre-conference courses can require additional fees and be limited in size. Register for each pre-conference course by following the instructions detailed in the pre-conference section of our website.
General and Pre-conference Camping
There are 28 RV sites that will accommodate vehicles up to 50 ft. long; and there's plenty of space for tents. Camping cost $10/night without hook-up and $15/night with hook-up at the time of registration. The location of your camp within the camping area is based on first come first served.
