Professionally Catered Onsite Conference Meals

We've worked very hard to provide delicious, high quality, meals for our general conference attendees, and we believe our professional caterer, New York Catering, has outdone themselves. If you have any special dietary needs please make certain to carefully fill in the appropriate entry on your registration form.

LUNCH on Friday, May 19th, 2006 - To be served from noon until 1:30pm.

  1. Variety of sandwiches, including veggie sandwiches
  2. Variety of salads, including veggie salad
  3. Variety of chips
  4. Variety of sodas, water, coffee
  5. Cookies

DINNER on Friday, May 19th, 2006 - To be served from 6pm until 8pm.

  1. Veggie lasagna
  2. Baked chicken
  3. Caesar salad
  4. Hot vegetable
  5. Fruit & relish trays
  6. Rolls & butter
  7. Sodas, water, coffee

BREAKFAST on Saturday, May 20th, 2006 - To be served from 7am until 9am.

  1. Coffee, juices, milk
  2. Bananas, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe
  3. Variety of muffins, pastries and croissants
  4. Scrambled eggs
  5. Ham or sausage
  6. Condiments

LUNCH on Saturday, May 20th, 2006 - To be served from noon until 1:30pm.

  1. Lemon pepper chicken
  2. Fettuccine
  3. Wild rice pilaf
  4. Variety of salads, including veggie
  5. Rolls & butter
  6. Sodas, water, coffee

DINNER on Saturday, May 20th, 2006 - To be served from 6pm until 8pm.

  1. London broil
  2. Pasta in white sauce
  3. Rice pilaf
  4. Green beans with mushroom sauce
  5. Tossed green salad
  6. Sliced fruit
  7. Rolls & butter
  8. Sodas, water & coffee

BREAKFAST on Sunday, May 21st, 2006 - To be served from 7am until 9am.

  1. Coffee, juices, milk
  2. Bananas, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe
  3. Variety of muffins, pastries and croissants
  4. Scrambled eggs
  5. Ham or sausage
  6. Condiments

LUNCH on Sunday, May 21st, 2006 - To be served from noon until 1:30pm.

  1. Soup - choice of two, including vegetable
  2. Variety of four (4) salads (oriental chicken), including 1 or 2 veggie (tossed green/pasta)
  3. Rolls & butter
  4. Cookies
  5. Sodas, water

Offsite Restaurants and Eateries

If you're attending our pre-conference courses, or just want to meet a group for ice cream away from the conference site, you'll need to know what's available in and around Enumclaw. The Seattle Post Intelligencer maintains a very helpful list of Restaurants available in Enumclaw.
