Pre-conference Courses

Pre-conference courses run at various times between Monday, May 15th and Friday, May 19th, before the formal conference begins. These courses generally offer a certification and can require an additional fee.

Each pre-conference course is registered individually with that course's instructor, and is separate from the general conference registration. Pre-conference courses can require additional fees and be limited in size. Register for each pre-conference course by following the instructions detailed in each course's description.

Pre-conference Meals

Meals are not provided during the pre-conference. You will have to arrange for your own meals during this time. For information on local stores, restaurants, and eateries, please see our list of frequently asked questions.

Pre-conference Camping

Pre-conference camping is available at the same rate as the general conference camping of $15/night with hook-up and $10/night without hook-up. To register for pre-conference camping please use our general conference registration form.
